I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry and several years of training in the real estate industry. I have received certification for the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) with only 1% of all real estate agents having obtained this certification, along with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR).  I also have completed training with HUD homes and the course demystifying the Short Sale process.  I continue to stay abreast of the many changes currently affecting the real estate industry.
